| Updated 5/7/2011 Additional Addresses We require you to attempt only the home/work addresses that we provide you and simply report the outcome. There has been the wrong person "same name" served many times because a server located a new possible address, searched white pages or the phone book and it was in fact "not the correct person". This can result in a lawsuit being filed against us and/or our client and can cause a lot of trouble that could have been avoided. We must per approved any/all new addresses before they are attempted, in most cases we would prefer you just return as non est. Phone Updates Due the Huge Volume of jobs we assign every day, we now require all process servers to update all attempts, service details and bad addresses through our "website" 24/7. We have found that we can better assist you with further instructions if you update our website instead of calling your information in. We need all process servers to start updating our website "daily", effective immediately. Status Updates I need you update all jobs 24/7, most servers are not updating the website over the weekend and waiting until late Sunday night to report all attempts and service details from the weekend. These updates are received 24/7 and need to be reported 24/7 as they are made and on a daily basis. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Photos A lot of Process Servers have started taking a Photo of the Person Served and the Address where Service was Completed. The Photo is optional but could help you not have to appear in COURT when a service is disputed. Bad Address Photos If you would like to take a photo of the Attempted Address as "confirmation" it would be helpful in the continuance of the case. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jobs on Hold If you have held the job for more than "10" days and have not heard back from us, please complete the "Still Holding" option and bring that job to our attention again. Thank you! Loretta Foster, President |
